What folks are saying...

"I'm a long time fan of Ellen Stanley's Womenfolk show. It's no secret I often tune in during my own live broadcast. I'm such a fan I usually don't want to wait for the archived version! Her composite knowledge of the source material and an engaging passion and warmth are irresistible to this fellow broadcaster."
- Kevin O'Connor, Music Director, KBEM-Jazz88 FM

"Womenfolk is one of my favorite programs for many reasons! They do a wonderful job of lifting up those quintessential voices and icons we all love right alongside this amazing, new generation of LGBTQ artists and artists of color. Folk music is music of the people, all of the people, and their programing reflects that fact."
- Crys Matthews, Artist

"Ellen Stanley is informed and knowledgeable of women's issues, our history, and the ways that contemporary and historical folk music have been vehicles for our point of view past and present. She is also a terrific interviewer, knows her subject and has a deep internal library of women's music from her years in the folk music industry."
